Please take this gorgeous chocolate off my hands before it ruins my diet.
Twilight Delight...yep, that's right...exactly when it calls my name.I know, I know...dark chocolate is good for you...yada, yada, yada...it is full of antioxidants...,yada, yada, yada...but right now it is still a diet wrecker for me.
I tend to keep my diet pretty low in sugar, but am pretty flexible with dark chocolate treats. After the holidays though I am having to be stricter with my carb intake. Aren't you lucky that I'm having this issue?

I'd like to win. 1 oz of dark chocolate two to three times a week can help prevent your chance of a stroke, and since those run in the family, well for the women anyways, this would be great.
A little diet information I just learned about. The body will actually feel hungry and crave foods until you eat about the same weighted amount of food everyday that your body has already been used to. So if you are trying to lose weight you should eat more water filled vegetables and fruits. The weight of the water, will help the brain to fill like it's taken in the weighted amount of food it needs. For example you can eat a whole can of most green beans (14.5oz size) and you'd only consume a mere 70 calories, but if you ate 14.5 oz of say brownies, well you could imagine how many calories you'd consume. It's called low calorie volume eating. Look for foods where you can eat the biggest weighted portion for the least amount of calories is basically the idea.
I need to buy a food scale and get a book telling me the calories of different vegetables and fruits, etc..
