Yes, it is great.

Lily cracks me up with her obsession with all things "princess"...and her line of thinking.

She talks a mile a minute and only takes quick pauses to eat (sometimes not even then...we're working on not talking with a mouth full) and to sleep.

After playing "princess" with a friend, this is the earful I got in the car on the way home. Just try to imagine it spoken in a very, very fast, high pitch voice.

Lily-
I just love princesses. Princesses are my favorite. Can we play the princess game when we get home? I think we should play the princess game when we get home, mommy.

Isn't is great that God made me a girl so I could love princesses?

I wouldn't want to be a boy and have to love cars better.

And after reading this post over at Baby Bangs that described their recent experience at Monster Jam...yes Lily, it is great. I can't see you ever being interested in donning ear plugs and wanting to watch monster trucks. Unless of course one was decorated like Flounder and Ariel was its driver.

It's a world I can't even imagine :)

My oldest when to a monster truck show with a friend on Friday...he couldn't stop talking about how they smashed the cars and on and on.

So totally different :)

I have both, girl and boy, in that order. Butter isn't really into princesses anymore, it's High School Musical and Jonas brothers. Which Roo is also into, because he likes to dance. Hip hop style, he makes up his own moves. (I don't get hip hop music and we don't listen to it, but if you've ever watched Disney on the weekends there is Choo choo soul and they are kinda hippity hop the super CLEAN version.) Roo also likes FAST cars...he also likes painting. He is part BOY and part mellow. I like his mix. I like Butter's mix too, she's sporty and fancy. Maybe it is the balance they bring to each other.
(I always thought I'd only want girls. I GET girls. Barbies, princess, boy crushes. I hate getting dirty or messes) But now I feel lucky to have one of each. And YES, we are DONE.
Tea party anyone?

I like to be treated like a princess myself. And I have a Miss Maddy Cakes running around here who knows that she, just like Lily. loves all things "Princess".

My little one is in a inbetween stage. She likes all the things about being a princess, she just doesn't like being called one. Not sure why, but kind of makes me sad to think she might be getting out of her princess phase:(

I hope I have daughters someday because I love all things pink and girly. Of course, that'll probably mean we'll end up with a tomboy - haha.

We have several little princesses here too - and several little brothers who don't even think twice about being princesses themselves anymore. :)

That is what I hear in my car, too, except insert "legos" for princesses lol. Too cute!

Hey- I haven't been able to do a whole lot of blog visiting lately so I haven't been by in a while.

You do have quite a princess. Wouldn't that be crazy if one day she woke up and she was a tom-boy?

Good that she's happy with who she is - right from an early age!

This confirms it...we are meant to be real life friends so that our daughters can be real life princess friends, and they could play princess games and princess dress up to their hearts content. :)

That is so adorable! She sure likes those princesses and she has that "gender preference" thing pretty straight in her mind.

My hubby and I were just laughing at the fact that at 2, our girls had princess figurines all over the crib and house. At 2, my son walks around with his monster trucks and his crib is full of cars.

She's right! LOL!

Happy TTT!
