***See update below***
Lily's mouth never stops, so I should have more than this to post, but here are just two little tidbits that stayed with me this week.
*********
While watching Obama being interviewed on TV:
M-Lily, that guy is our new President. Soon he will be the most powerful guy in the whole country.
L-Is he God?
M-No, although some people probably think he is. Thankfully, God is even more powerful than him.
*********
While Lily was watching me swat at an elusive housefly.
L-Mom, it's like you're trying to give that fly a spanking.
M-Really? Have I missed your behind this many times?

***Updated to add video***
Lily has recently become aware of her pictures and video clips being on the computer. Now whenever she sees the Flip video camera, she wants to perform. I forgot to upload this earlier.
My girl can spell. Or sing, at least.

Did you ever see that show Kids Say the Darndest Things? I think Lily should go on there! She cracks me up!
aww i love it when they say such cute things like this and even better that it's written down to remember!!
oh and one more thing....mickey mouse called me this morning...something about wanting me to tell you he wants you to stuff me in your suitcase?!
These are so cute. Love the Obama - their thoughts on "current events" and the world crack me up!
Happy TTT!
Char Haller once took you on a shopping trip and happened down the lingere aisle. You were about 3. You were very curious about bras. Do you remember what you did and said? MOM
That video was sooooo cute! My little one is aware of herself on my blog too. So when I pull out my camera she usually says, "Is this going to be on your blog?!"
I see from your widget you are heading to Disney in a few days. We've been several times and have always had such a good time. We just got back from there this past September in fact! I'm sure it will be decorated beautifully for Christmas. I hope you have a great time!
Do they still do that show, Rachelle? That'd be awesome!
Oh yes, Mom! I DO remember. The question is: will you ever let me live it down?!? I believe it was something like, "what are those for?"...and then I peeked down her shirt. The paybacks that I have coming...
so I know the tune, but have no clue where the new words came form.
she did a GREAT job! I think it is time for me to put on a vlog :)
Happy TTT!
