Well, Texas Rangers Fans, it is over, finished, and done. So sad!
But it won't keep me from posting the pic of my hubby's pumpkin...
It actually looked pretty good lit up. And I could show you a picture of that if I had actually taken one at night. I could actually go take one now since it is still dark, but that would require effort...so just trust me. We had a cute Rangers pumpkin!
The Rangers hoopla did interfere a bit with our Halloween shindig. Guests were greeted with this sign...
We were able to eat though before we lost them to the game.
And then the women (plus Papa!) rounded up the kids for trick-or-treating...
And then the race was off! At least we had "Josh Hamilton" with us...
I can't believe I was able to get my two to stop for a pic with Gramma and Papa.
Oh, and I am happy to report that this big guy survived the night. I wasn't going to let him out on Halloween, because...well, you know...but with all the kiddos around he managed to escape and I couldn't get him back in. Blackie lives!
And I also have to tell you about the best $6 I spent over the weekend. Let me introduce you to Pumpkins vs. Ghosts cling on Tic-Tac-Toe...
It provided at least an hour of entertainment for every buck spent. I was also very happy to have found a new purpose for the glass door that had caused me so much pain last month.
I may have even smacked a few ghosts against it just for fun.
